Returns

We promise to refund item(s) you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt in a re-saleable condition.

Please follow the below steps to submit a return:

  1. Print and complete the RETURNS FORM, and include this in your parcel.
  2. Each item must be returned in new condition as it was received and must include all original packaging and collateral material.
  3. Return items using a traceable delivery service (Local courier, Royal Mail, Fedex, UPS).
  4. Send to; RETURNS, 60 GEORGE STREET, ALTRINCHAM, WA14 1RF, UNITED KINGDOM.
  5. Do not re-use packaging as it will be refused at the point of delivery as we will not be able to tell if the package has been tampered with during transit.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Any return shipment lost in transit is the responsibility of the customer; Hill & Hill The Jewellers are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • All returns will be inspected upon receipt of the package, if the item/s are found to be in perfect condition and arrive within the 14 day return period you will be credited for the cost of the goods back to your original form of payment.
  • Note; Refunds take between 5-10 business days to show back in your account.
  • Goods found to be damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund. Worn goods as evidenced by micro-scratches, scratches, dirt or additional workmanship by other jewellers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Any bespoke or special orders are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
