What’s your favourite jewellery brand? 
-Our very own House of Hill Vintage as every piece is totally unique and I just love sourcing it and selling it.

What 3 items would you take to a desert island and why? 
-Red Lipstick, Red Wine & A pair of scissors for my fringe (but I think they’d also be quite useful for building a shelter and finding food).

Jo is the owner of Hill & Hill The Jewellers and the creative force behind the business. She is respected throughout the UK as one of the most innovative and creative people in the jewellery industry and has won awards for her outstanding services to Jewellery, having previously owned a chain of stores nationwide before establishing herself as a jewellery consultant.

Jo was described by many as the “Mary Portas of the Jewellery world,” having helped turn around the fortunes dozens of big name jewellery businesses. Jo is a hugely talented designer, and her knowledge of jewellery, and her laser focus on outstanding service, is her passion and total joy.

What’s your favourite jewellery brand? 
-Shaun Leane because it’s cool and it’s edgy.

What 3 items would you take to a desert island and why? 
-Jo, My Bed & My Slippers.

Alex is Jo’s husband and sprinkles star dust where ever he goes. Alex is also often seen out front of the shop, busily cleaning the windows, keeping everything tip top, while happily chatting to customers. He is in charge of marketing, writing lovely articles and keeping the blog updated with all our stories. Alex and Jo have one aim and that is to make Hill & Hill The Jewellers the very best in town.

What’s your favourite jewellery brand? 
-I love Metier jewellery because it’s all solid gold and genuine gemstones and I like to keep my jewellery on all the time as I am too lazy to change it.

What 3 items would you take to a desert island and why? 
-My daughter, A lighter & bow and arrow.

Bethy’s is our store manager, and her expertise is unparalleled, with more than 20 years working for some of the biggest names in the industry. Bethy is somewhat of a jewellery obsessive and brings to the Hill & Hill The Jewellers huge amounts of knowledge and creative flare, as well as her infectious joy for jewellery. She eats, sleeps, reads, scrolls, chats, everything jewellery. Her eye firmly on the future, bringing to the store great new innovations, beautiful displays, and cares deeply in first class customer service.

Bethy is also our fully trained needle piercer, and is absolutely brilliant at creating that “curated ear” look. We love Bethy, customers love Bethy, and we are incredibly lucky to have such a jewellery genius heading our team.

What’s your favourite jewellery brand and why? 
-My favourite is ChloBo because you can stack it well and they are easy to wear. 

What 3 items would you take to a desert island? 
-A helicopter, A pilot & My trainers.

Amanda cares deeply about every customer who walks through the door, (and seems to know nearly everyone in Altrincham!). 

She is the backbone to Hill & Hill The Jewellers, never off ill, never misses a day, and always working incredibly hard to make sure the shop looks tip top, and every customer is cared for.  She is wonderful at choosing that perfect gift, and instinctively knows what customers want.  

What’s your favourite jewellery brand and why? 
-I love Hill & Hill Vintage because you can get a variety of different styles and unique pieces that no one else can have.

What 3 items would you take to a desert island? 
-Coffee, My moomin mug & Colin The Caterpillar cake.

Milly is one to watch! Just 3 years into her career, she’s acing all her jewellery qualifications. Her attention to detail, and love for fine jewellery, makes her a brilliant jeweller. She is super fashionable, and has a passion for beautiful vintage jewellery.

She has a wonderful way with customers which we all admire, taking time to understand what a customer wants, and expertly guiding them to the pieces of jewellery they love. 

What’s your favourite jewellery brand? 
-Now this is a hard one because I love to mix up jewellery from multiple brands both vintage and new. But at the moment I am loving UNO De 50, they have edgy artistic designs in such high quality material.

What 3 items would you take to a desert island and why? 
-Fruit Juice, Phoenix & My Vintage Jewellery.

Lydia is a brilliant jewellery stylist. She effortlessly keeps way ahead of the curve when it comes to “what’s cool” in the world of jewellery. Lydia is full of ideas and inspiration, and really cares about great customer service. Her love for jewellery is infectious, and customers love her to help achieve that great new look, or find the perfect piece. Lydia will also always be the first person to welcome you with a big smile and a hearty “hello!”.

What’s your favourite jewellery brand and why? 
-Dower & Hall because I love pearls and it’s very timeless.

What 3 items would you take to a desert island? 
-My skincare routine, TV with my Netflix & fluffy blanket.

Cat is our newest team member and within weeks has shown the potential to be an absolutely great jeweller. She’s a super quick learner, has a thorough knowledge of all our designers, and seems to eat, sleep, and read everything about jewellery. Cat is brilliant with customers too and is super helpful. We are so proud she’s part of Hill & Hill The Jewellers.
